1995 rear window wiper

I am having trouble with my rear window wiper on my 95. I hit the switch and the wiper makes loud noises and vibrates but will not move unless u push up on it. it will then make 2 passes and it stops and makes noise again. Once you push it to a certain spot it catches and does the 2 passes. washer will work but only for 2 passes. Is there an internal part that can be replaced or do i need a whole new motor? Any help/input would be appriciated.

You will have to remove and replace the rear wiper motor.
