I want to get the windows tinted for my 98' cav. Do any of you know a ballpark figure on how much it will cost? I just want the side windows done, and maybe the rear...i dont know yet...
Also, if anyone knows any good places to take it tell me

i just got mine done for 175 bucks. I got 5 windows done with a lifetime warranty. I got a pretty sweat deal. Dont spend more than 200 bucks, and get a good warranty.

Yea pretty much what he said.. i would definatly say get the side and the rear tinted i think it would look silly with out the rear done.. dont use any of the tint with the gradiant (where it goes from crome to black) or any of the colored tints like red blue etc.. that stuff its all garbage and fails after a year and most tinting places wont warrnty that kinda of tint if you go to a tinting place and just get regular tint (LLumar is the best i think) they should give a lifetime warrenty on the tintif they dont then dont bother going there find another place.. and one more thing make sure you go to a place that doesnt leave gaps at the top and they acctually take the window gasket out to tint.. other wise it doesnt look very professional.. : )

^ what the above poster said is very right. From what I hear colored tint is utter crap and either bubbles or just starts coming off rather quickly.
