A/C-Heater blower motor speed

I have a '03 1500HD and the blower motor for the heat/AC does not spin on the number 1 & 2 speed setting, it works fine on setting 3 and above.

Any clues would be appreciated.

i believe that you need a new blower motor resistor. they are fairly cheap. probably under 15 bucks

It needs a blower motor resistor, part number 15305077.

Couldn't find it at GMPartsDirect, PaceParts has it for $15.58.
