1997 LeSabre E13 radio error code

Hello, everyone.

I own a 1997 Buick LeSabre and it has been a good car. Recently, a cassette tape got stuck that I manually removed. However, the device still thinks the cassette is still in there because it displays a message "tape in". When I press the Eject button, it tries to eject the cassette (there's really nothing in it), but is unable to and displays the E13 error code. I disconnected the positive battery cable thinking it would reset the radio, but it didn't help. Can someone please help?

You're radio is messed up, i would recommend taking it to the dealer and seeing what they can do to get your tape out and possibly getting you a new radio unit. Welcome to the forums.
