$agze Conversion in Australia

Hey guys i was looking at doing a 4agze swap into my 92 corolla hatch and was wondering where abouts in Australia would be a good reliable place to get it done. I live in Wagga Wagga NSW but have been told that the places here are shite and to do it somewhere else. So i was thinking most probably canberra or anywhere else close. Any suggestions people?
