Pulley help

Hello,
I need a quick advise. I am currently getting my water pump changed ( pain in the ass to get out) all the belts and pulleys. I am driving a RS and it will be a turbo in a couple of days. My question is, what kind of pulleys should I put on ? I was looking at non turbo pulleys and how much can they handle ? Thank you in advance :)
