sup fellas i got tierd of hand sanding my car so i got one of those orbitol sanders and i wanted to ask what grit sand paper should i get? cuz im hearing the wrong paper can mess up the metal?

Going to bare metal start with 80. Going to go to primer coat 120. Just cutting the top coat trial and error.
