**HELP** '99 540i won't start/key won't turn

Please help! My '99 540i won't start! The key turned, but nothing happened. Now, after a couple of attempts, it won't even let me turn the key in the ignition. It's like, on lockdown. HELP!

Needs a lock cylinder. Anti-tamper bolts, Nasty. May need housing also. they should be replaced together
