Hello, Will a 1995 Taurus engine fit into a 1998 Taurus? Thanks in advance! Debbie

No. Duratec 3.0 is totally different than the 3.0 vulcan in the 95. If the engine in the 98 is a vulcan, it won't work either because it may look the same, but the 98 uses a distributorless ignition system, and the 95 has a distributor.

the 95 is also OBD1 and the 98 is OBD2
