My wifes 99 voyager power door locks keep locking about every 30 seconds. I ahve read a few posts about cleaning the contacts but this didnt do the trick. Any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Scott

Every 30 seconds while your driving or even when you're parked and idling?

Does EVERY door lock up when this happens?

Yes,all the doors lock. I guess it doesnt happen when your driving, just when the keys are out of the ignition - my wife told me this last night.

I would bet he fixed this 9 years ago soon after he wrote the thread but is now long gone. Check those dates.

Not picking on you personally because many do it but why do folks think they have to tag on to ancient threads. Just start a new thread - simple.

Is your problem cyclic (every XX seconds) like the original post or random such as when turning, stopping, going over bumps, or whenever it likes?

Hi RIP

The problem is cyclic. Every 30 - 35 seconds. I use the key fob to lock the door, when I go out of the car. Then every 30 seconds all door will be locked automatically.
This happens also when I am far away from my car.

Thanks for help.

Cyclic? That leans me towards the BCM. If it were random I'd lean towards a door switch. Try disconnecting the negative battery cable for 5 minutes to reboot the BCM and it's CCD data bus. To save some battery power remove the door lock relay on the fuse panel under the dash. Course then you have to lock manually.

It will cost you a couple hundred but a shop will connect a scan scope and ID the problem. Here's an example with relative to you system info though it's not quite your problem:

This is a 3 part video. I gave you part 2. You can go to YouTube and look at parts 1&3 if you like.
