i had purchased a panasonic cqc-8300 deck a while back and have always wondered what the Aux input is for and how i can use it?

there are three modes with the deck (cd/radio/aux)

thanks for any input

aux = auxillary

the aux input is usually used for someting like an external mp3 player or to hook up a CD changer, if you player has changer controls.

most CD players have a special cable for the CD changer ..... but yea, it's to put in an additional input in the headunit
