Govenoer??

I was wondering where the Governer is on a 2000 ranger or any ranger in particular? I was told that i needed a chip to take care of it, and i was also told it was in the back of the transmission.. any help would be appreciated thanks

Some one has go to know where it is or what you have to do

i think older ones had it in the tranny and the newer ones its in the computer, i think
