Wrecked!!!!

i was driving down this road that i havent been down before and there was a fork in the road. i had to turn left so i did. but the turn was too sudden and i cut the wheel left. then there was a turn around that and to avoid goin off the road i cut it right and the back tires hit grass and shot my car sideways. that sent me across the narrow street into a wooden picket fence and then sideways into a 92 black integra. i paniced and took off down the road. and got my friend rich to tell him about it cause he called me and as we were takin my car home we say my friend dave and stopped and talked to him. when we were about to leave a cop rolled up and starting askin ?'s. so i told him that i messed my car up in some other neighbor hood and it was a poll that i hit. well he took my info just incase there was a problem. so i hurryed home and dropped my car off at my house and i left cause i wasnt affraid of the cops its my mom i was scared of. so i was at my friend rich's and my mom calls me and says the cops are at the house get here now. so im like o fuck. so i go home and 2 cops are there. they say to me what happend to night so i stuck with my story and then the cop said put ur hands behind ur back and see what story u tell us now. so then i told him the real story. he then put me in the cop car and went over every law that i broke. i could have gotten atleast 60 points over 1000 dollars in fines atleast 10 possble aresst and atleast 4 years in jail. but my mom what friends with the cop and said ill let u go and report this as just an accident if u go to the house that u hit the fence and the house u hit the car and repair it all and i wont do anything to u and then he said i also have a year and 1 day to press these charges on u. if u ever give me a hard time, u will be in jail. and i got off with just that.

Even though it hurts, the best thing is always to own up to it. People are judged by their courage and it takes courage to knock on someone's door and tell them your whacked their car - fence - lawn, etc.

You learned a valuable lesson without too much pain to anyone. I hope it sticks.

is your car totaled?

i dont think it is the body shop said that the front bumper is not bad the door deff needs replacing and the rocker bar is a little damaged. he said the only thing to worry about is finding a door. other than that no its not totaled. if it is i will strip the car down and get another 2 but i dont think it will be.
