Replaced the fuel pressure regulator (I don't know if that's what it's real name is but it's something like that)

It comes off with one bolt and then you pull it out...

Anyways, the problem is we replaced that but the engine still takes a long time to fire. Once it's on you can shut it off and start it up right again no problem.

The only thing I've noticed is that there isn't any fuel in the line that has the valve that you can release the pressure...

Is there supposed to be fuel in it?
