Smog test help

Hey guys i seriously need help. me and my friend bought a 96 mustang v6 as a prject car and had the car smogged. The smog station said that the the following is missing/disconnected. Heres what the VIR report has:
EGR visual: Disconnected.
Vaccum lines to sensors/switches: Disconnected
Fuel Evaporative Controls: Missing
AS for the OBD 2 codes i can fix that. BUt i need help with the problem above. Please HELP!
Please include pictures if possible for a better explaination.
PS. the guy that did the smog said he would fix it in three days for $1200. I currently dont have the money to pay this but i also feel that this is to much.

Hmm. Sounds kinda like a scam to me. The EGR on my mustang is simply a sensor that sorta screws into my exhaust pipe and just has a harness plugged into it. I mean if it was disconnected all you would have to do is like plug it back in. haha. As you would with the vacuum lines. As for fuel evaporate controls. I have no idea what that is. Maybe you should take it to another place and have it looked at.
