Replace serpentine belt 97 Galant

Hello,
The second alternator/serpentine belt that runs the power steering came off of one of the pulleys in my 1997 Galant ES. The belt didn't break, and none of the pulleys look bent. How can I put the belt back on? Pepboys quoted me $175-200 to fix it, but I'd rather any other way of getting this fixed.
