im about to buy a car and the owner said a new oil pan was recently put in. its a 95 honda civic, and i was just wondering if the oil pan would need to be replaced after 10 years. is this any sign of neglect? or somethign that just happens over time?

Not good.
Proves the previous owner was taking it to "Jiffy Lube" for its oil changes (letting high school dropouts work on it).

I work at Jiffy Lube but I am not a high school dropout.
And I have vocational training so I know what I'm doing.
Just so you know, not everyone at JL is a moron!

I feel charitable today- it's Sunday, after all. So I'll give somebody else the chance to tease you.
