how big should I go?

Ok, I need some help on desciding what size speakers to get for the back of my 93 hatch. I've been searching for weeks and I'm still not sure what I want at all, I know I don't want any subs (don't have the money for an amp) any idea, let me know, oh and I'm not sure what size exactly will mount in the back.

i would recommend some phoenix gold speakers. component for the front and maybe some 6x9's for the rear deck. it dpends on what you prefer for the back. some people dont like the oval speakers and prefer round ones for the back. if you want a real good deal on phoenix gold qx series then check this place out. 2 6x9's for 73 bucks.

He doesn't have a rear deck, it's a hatch. JL Audio makes GREAT speakers. Get components for up front, definitely, and 6.5" or 6" speakers in the back and put them here:
