drat, it got a bit screw up there
i was trying to draw an outline but my spaces seems to have disappeared!
now ive just realised what i was trying to picture: its similar to a VW type 2 pickup but smaller with the engine at the front rather at the back as in the VW and the cab at the front instead of in the middle
i think the size is more closer to the Subaru Brat? or Dodge Rampage?
i've just found it, its similar to a Chevrolet Corvair with a fleetside nose?
help

There were old resin kits like that. They are dam near impossible to find these days tho. If not that, I have no idea what you are talking about. Or do you mean this?http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v25/650Mark/makxpix/IM002625.jpg ?

yeah your on the right track
heres a link to a website with a pic of a Chevrolet corvair:-
http://www.canadiandriver.com/articles/bv/corvair_pickup.htm
as this was made in the early 60's, this model is based on a 70's/80's pickup with a rounded front and nose with grill and lights similar to these pics on this site:-
http://www.pickuptruck.com/html/history/chev_segment8.html
AMT, MPC or Monogram made a kit of this cab-over pickup in the 80's and it may have been a prototype or custom made - the whole cab tips forward to reveal the engine like on big trucks

AMT made a model of the Dodge Deora, which was a custom '60's PU truck that the front glass was made from the back end of a station wagon. History of the real car in the following link:
The Deora Story by Harry Bentley Bradley, the designer of the Deora (http://www.bonediggers.com/1-2/deora/deora.html)
In the link below, scroll down until you see the kit. It was recently reissued for a short while. Neat car, neat model.

Ohhhhhhhh...That kit. Sorry, I missed your 2nd post completely. :screwy: Check ebay. I've seen something like that. But expensive. There was a resin van version like that. I dunno about the pick-up like that.
