1999 Explorer door chime

Well I have noticed that many people are having problems getting the door chime to shut off.

On my 1999 Ford Explorer, I would like to get mine working. The chime on my explorer make no noise what-so-ever and I was wondering if someone could tell me where the thing is located so I can plug it back in.

Please help, my wife has run the battery dead three times now from leaving the headlights on.

If there is anyway to "reenable" the chime without replacing the GEM, please let me know.
