3.8L engine swap.....NEED HELP!!!

Will a 3.8L out of a 1997 Mustang fit into a 1993 Thunderbird that has the 3.8L also. Any information is greatly appreciated.......

engine mounts, valve covers, manifolds, sensors and sending units----the base engine should still be the same(long block---heads and block assembly)

take the 3.8 that came from the mustang and put it on an engine stand then take your 3.8 and take off all the accesories and put them onto the mustang engine. You need to strip the mustang engine down to bear block and heads as if you where buying a long block assy from a parts house then take all you stuff from your engine and put it onto the mustang engine ,the sensors are all the little things that electrical conectors plug into,,this is a very important part as your Tbirds compuetr is only set up to accomidate the sensors from the Tbird engine and although the other semsors from the mustang engine may appear the same visually they may be slightly different in the way the computer interprets there voltage
