Engine Temp's.

Just purchased a new Engine and would like to Paint it, along with my Headers, Brake Rotors and Drums. So my question is, "What is the average outside temperature of these parts? I know the VHT and DUPLI-COLOR both sell High Temp. Enamal paints, and other types, but I would like to purchase one to use on all the parts. Can anyone answer this please?
