Recommended Oil Again

I appreciate the offers of advice in response to my previous thread on the subject of recommended oil. However, what I really want to know is if the US owners manual for a 2003-2005 Cavalier with 2.2 ecotec says that when 5w30 is not available, 10w30 is acceptable if the temperature is above -18F or does it say above 0F ?
Thanks.
Thanks.

5W30 is acceptable for all temperatures. It's irrelevant what temperature 10W30 is available. Use 5W30, because there's no way that it's "not available" to you.

In response to PhysoJJ, it was in the original thread! However, while people were kindly offering advice, they weren't actually providing the information requested. And by the looks of things, nobody on here is going to provide it. I asked because I found errors in my GM owners manual such as the listed oil capacity of 3.8 litres whereas it actually takes 4.8 litres.
Nevertheless, I use 5w30 year round and if nobody provides the information I requested, no big deal !
