RS*R springs good?

Hey I found a set of RS*R springs for a really really good price:naughty:, and was wondering if anyone has any experiance with these springs?
I have read that they are 319 in front and 179 in back, are those good spring rates? and I really dont plan on upgrading my shocks right now at this time, but would that be fine?
