have you guys seen those ads in the back of Sport Compact Car for a super charger that gets up to 35+ Hp and just costs $69.99. What is the deal with this? It sounds way to good to be true. let me know if you have one or if you know anything about it

Too good to be true. I don't even have to look for my magazine to look for the ad. My guess is that its one of those stupid little fans you stick in your airbox.
Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

hahaha, i've seen that too. i've even looked into it. notice it says super charge, with a space between the two words. its not a supercharger. ever heard of a tornado or vortex? it looks like fan blades, but it fits right in front of the intake manifold inside the intake tube. it swirls the air before it enters the intake manifold to make a more complete combustion. sounds like a load of shit if you ask me.

Just saw an infomercial for the Tornado and they dino tested a car using it at Saddleback college, which is like 5min from my house. It proved to give it 15 more hp. But whatever, that shit never works. Usually what it will be is something that works for maybe one type of car, it will make it go 30 more hp, but for ever other car, it does shit. I think that exploring the shit they sell on infomercials is fine to do, so long as there is a FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if not satisfied. Make sure they don't bs that policy too.

I agree with what Rein said. It's all about what kind of car you have. They have a website for that Tornado that you can explore. It is www.tornadofuelsaver.com. I was thinking about getting one to try it out but I have an AEM. Just make sure that the guarantee doesn't hav any tricks

One of those wouldn't do intake owners any good anyways. You place one of those tornadoes in the pipe

1 tornado + 1 1992 Rustang = 4 less miles per gallon.
At least that was the result a friend of mine had. He said he kind of felt a loss of power but he wasn't sure, but the gas mileage was what told him that the tornado was a piece of sh**.
