Hi, guys, this is a model I was building for a club challenge. It's a Scout II, just a few mods here and there. It has a Sidewinder chasis, and several additional goodys. Hope you like it. . .

Well, I'll try to list all the mods, hope i don't forget any. . .
The body was completely shaved, a roll pan from a Ram VTS and molded tailgate. The roof was removed and the windshield posts were leaned back and chopped. The wipers were removed and the cowl filled. A "scoop" was added to the hood, actually it's just a piece of styrene molded on top of the original hood wich has the body lines reshaped(they used to go out towards the fenders, now they go straight back). The front bumper was made out of a "mistery machine" leftover rear bumper. The taillights are made of 2 different sizes of brass tubing and a strip of cardboard covered with red "magic tape". The grille is scratchbuilt from styrene strips. Hope I didn't leave anything.
The chasis is another story, it started as a shortened Dodge Sidewinder unit, then I scraped the rear section and built one myself. It's not finished yet but I'll show some pictures soon.
Bye. :smokin:

Hi, me again . . . I just wanted to show you guys my friend's Scout. I was waiting for him to post it here but he's no registered yet.
Hope you like it. This one is highly modified also, I'd say more than mine. Chopped, sectioned, etc, etc, etc. . . It rides on a C-5? chasis and drivetrain, interior is also from the 'vette. Crazy isn't it?

That is really nice body work. And a nice lowering job too. I don't like the idea of slamming the Scout tho. Keep up the great work otherwise.
