I need a high output alternator for my car... i found one for my car and i just wanted to know how much it would cost to put in?

Why would you come on here and ask what some shop is gonna charge you to put an alternator in? Does it look like we run the shop. Don't be a dumbass.

Try doing it yourself thats always fun an alternator is pretty easy too. Don't be an ass, i can be one too... i'm sure your GS puts up a good race especially with those "custom taillights"

and how were we suppose to know it was a "joke"? oh well doesn't matter i guess. get the alternator, then do it yourself. that's half the fun is working on your own car. if you don't know how to do it, then teach yourself. search/read then do it firsthand.

Hey, I have some first-hand experience with this. Both my alternator and my battery were bad so I had a shop install new ones, which was dumb as hell. :( Anyway, I think the alternator was a decent price, around $215, which is around what a new one costs. But the install was damn expensive. It ended up being around $650 I think for the alt and batt.
