lights keep turnin on

i have a 89 supra turbo and when i drive and rev up to 5 rpms or more all my lights turn on..what could this mean?

I'm thinking its just faulty wires.. i had a similar problem, but it was because my older bro was trying to rewire the fog lights...

Why it would do it at 5k I have no idea, I would try checking to make sure all the wires are still good as well as the grounds. If it still has this problem, get a friend to sit in the driver seat while you take a tester and check all the wires while your friend keeps the car at 5k, but don't let him keep it there to long if you can. Crazy idea for the last one but who knows.
