installing dynamat / 2002

I'm sure some of you will find this funny, but I was wondering if anyone had any clear/detailed instructions on installing a dynamat xtreme trunk kit in my 2002 Altima. I've never done any work on a car, so I'm pretty clueless & I refuse to let cartoys rob me of $150-250+. Any help is appreciated!

First thing to do is clean the surfaces. I would use rubbing alcohol. Then cut the dynamat to fit the panels you're putting it on. When applying, make sure to apply pressure to every part of the dynamat, either with a roller or your hands. Mold it around any supports - every part of the 'mat should be touching metal. After it's on take a hair dryer or similar tool and heat up the 'mat. This will ensure you get a good bond. That's all there is too it.
