Fuel Pressure issue?

Can anyone tell me about the fuel pressure in a 1996 Trans Am. Maybe that is what is giving me the bad start ups and rough idle. How can this be fixed? Without help from expensive mechanic or dealer.
I changed out the fuel injectors a while back ago and ever since then it's been giving me problems. But before that I changed out the spark plugs and wires. Used AC Delco plugs and good wires. So I don't know if that is why it is giving me a bad start up or not.
One of the mechanics I go to told me it may be a fuel pressure problem, but I don't know how to fix that or even where I can start. Any pointers?

Should be around 40 -45 PSI on start up and then drop 10 PSI once started. Good luck
