Engine Swap?????

I JUST BOUGHT A 2000 FOCUS ZX3 HB. i KNOW THAT THERE ARE UNLIMITED THINGS TO DO TO THIS THING, INCLUDING TURBO KITS AND ALL OF THAT GOOD STUF. I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS HEARD OF DROPPING A MITZUBISHI 4G63 ENGINE IN PLACE OF THE 2.0 ZETECK THAT IS IN THERE. ANY HELP WOULD BE APRETTIATED.

Why? Just do everything you want to (and there is a lot) to the Zetec...it would probably cost loads of money to get a 4G63 to work in there. And please don't type in all caps.

What kind of power can these things make, without going turbo? I heard that the turbo only puts out about 219 at the wheels. Is this true?

300+whp on stock internals on pump gas, these motors have potential. I'm not totally sure about N/A power. Head over to focaljet.com and theres a few 500 and 600whp focuses there.
