rubber restoration

HI:

Does anyone have any experience they could share in restoring somewhat dried old rubber weatherstripping. It's still useable, but after 50 years, it's not in the best shape (not torn or ripped, just partially dried out)

Any silicones, "armor all" etc? someone once told me "brake fluid". . but I'm not sure about that.

I have not been successful in locating replacement, or even NOS parts for this, and aside from having something custom made, this seems to be my only choice at the moment.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I once used leather conditioner multiple times on some old cracked tires and they turned out looking like new. I didn't use the motorbike much, and it was stored inside so I don't know how it would work on something left in the sun all the time.
