BAD WAL MART.......New Models!!!

look at what I picked up at wal mart today! i got the new c6 corvette, and this shelby gt500. havn't heard or seen anything about this new sieries, but i saw this gt500 and a camaro convertible

The Camaro and Mustangs are reissues of earlier kits with new wheels. I haven't seen the Mustang in that box, so I don't know all the details, but the older versions I have are typical nice Monogram for the era.
The Camaro reissue has the same decal sheet in it as the first time it was issued as a big block SS convertible, not the Pace Car. One of the best all around 1/25 scale car models in my opinion... - Mark

No, that isn't Elenor. There are a lot of things different, one major one being the amount of windows. Elenor has four, windscreen, rear, and the two door windows. The other two windows were covered up and turned into scoops.

anyone know the color options on the GT 500. i havn't had a chance to search yet, and am on my way out of the house. it came with gold white and black stripes. was it offered an acapulco blue? if so i think im going to do it in that color, as the car show chairman in our car club has an old Mach1 in acapulco blue with a gold stripe....

hey kat, if you and will are interested, i know its a long haul but on sat oct 22 we have a pretty good sized car show in my home town, put on by our car club, of which im a member. only problem is we are 60 miles NE of dallas. lol. last year we had about 106 entries, up from 30 or so the previous year....

Convertible-Top Colors: Black or white
Interior Add-Ons: Amp and oil gauge in console, inertia-reel harness, rollbar
Interior: Deluxe Black or white (limited number of Maroon)

Hah! You know what? I was in Wally World just last night and picked up that same C6 kit, and AMT's 70.5 Baldwin Motion Camaro. I was as shocked as you to find the new C6 kit at Walmart before my LHS got one in!

well, im gonna go with arctic white on the vette, and my 70.5 that i picked up about a month ago. and acapulco blue on the gt500 im gonna have it mixed at my local paint store. the arctic white however will be duplicolor from wally world
