Aiming Headlights??

Does anybody have a clue on how to aim headlights on the '98 B-series pickup?? Is it easier to just bring it to the dealer or just do it myself???

Just bring it to a dealer I have an 86 and put new lights in them and wen to the dealer they charges me 10 bucks to do it
