Ok so my redtop is finally in my s14, and everything is running great! The day after I brought it home it wouldn't start, but it ended up being just a bad negative battery cable so everything is cool. Anyhow, thanks to everyone on here who has answered a question for me in the last 2 years, now i'm finally ready to get down to business. Next upgrade: LSD. I can get an R32 LSD but i'm worried about the FD, i believe it's ~4.3 (correct me if i'm wrong). Anyhow, check the link for pics, i figured i'd use cardomain's bandwidth instead of AF's.

I should mention that the guys who did all of the hard work on this thing did a great job. If you're in the south and need a swap these are the guys to take it to. Mike and Sammy from Jordan Automotive and V&T Performance respectively. Sammy did a GREAT job flush mounting my electronics in abs plastic, you can't really appreciate it from my crappy pictures but the flip down face on my headunit clears the turbo timer by about 3 or 4 mm. Also, my A/C is fully functional with the factory control unit, it cycles properly and everything! Anyhow, let me know what you think.

I live on the gulf coast in Alabama, baldwin county. The shop that did it is in Daphne, AL. Maybe it sounds familiar because his name is Michael Jordan? :P

Nevermind. R32s use the R200 and so do the 2WD R33s... a 4.3 Final drive would kickass. 70mph would prolly be around 3100-3250RPM

you should still be kinda worried about what axles you need to make it work though. the US got some 6 bolt crap ( Ironically the JDM 5 bolt axles are stronger)

Yeah Mike Jordan is the one that told me about the diffs, said a buddy has one and he's about to get one on his as well, so I'll ask him what I need to make it work.
