clear corner lenses

i want to put the clear corner lenses on my car but im not sure how to put them in i tried getting to them but ran into some problems removing the first plastic peice that fits over the whole front end of the engine bay...if you know what im talking about just some helpful hints plz.

What year, assuming 2000+ theres a clip on the inside of the corner light you can take a flathead screwdriver and push to the side and it should slide out rather easily. As for the plastic piece all it is is a couple of bolts and it should come right off, and then theres 2 bolts a piece on each headlight mount if you want to take that route. As for pre 2000 I can't help you, I'm not sure how theirs are set up.

its a 97 z24 and by the way those screws are screwed into a plastic pressure clip sort of thing and there is 1 screw that wont back out or screw in it just spins and i think it is somthing i need to do w/ the clip it fits in but i dont know what to do b/c im pretty sure its not stripped but i tried pulling and screwing pushing and screwing and frankly sex isnt even this complicated i dont know what to do.

Well the plastic that covers in front they are just push pins a flat head works. just pop up the pin and pull the whole thing out then it will come right off.
