Turn Signals don't work

I just bought a 99 Ford F-150 4x4. Great truck but the turn signals don't work. No blown fuses. Only other thing not working is the odometer occasionally goes off, but when it comes back on, it has counted the miles driven. Any ideas where to look to fix turn signals?

Well, if the brake lights and tail lights work, then you know it's not the bulbs or wiring. Is the truck equipped with a "flasher" ?

Sometimes these crap out. It should be located right beside the fuse panel or inside it......at least it is on my '89.

I don't see a flasher. The brake light and tail lights do work though. Any other suggestions as to where thed flasher might be on a 99?
