It all depends on what is done to the engine, bedsides the head work. Just the head work, your lookin around 10-25rwhp, but you might drop in torque. There are a bunch of variables here. I think the corral has a 3.8 section, I would go there and do a search.

Skyline is right.
There are a few other things to take into consideration.
You need to think about the rest of your intake path as well as your exhaust.
You can put the best set of heads money can by on a motor, but if the rest of the intake path is still restrictive then it doesn't do you much good.
It's like going to walmart and buying one of those super duper Garden hose nozzles that shoots a stream of water 150 feet or something. You hook that bad boy up and turn it on and it just barely drips out of the tip. You walk around the corner and your brother is standing on the hose.
This is the same situation you have with airflow in an engine. You are going to be limited to the single component in the system that is the most restrictive
The same thing applies to the exhaust, but with the exhaust you do have to maintain a certain degree of back pressure to make the engine function with some degree of effeciency.
Basically an engine is like a big compressor. The more fuel air mixture you can pump THROUGH it the more HP you can make!!
Good luck,

I gained 17hp with heads, and another 12 with the proper cam and roller rockers. I already had a free flowing exhaust.

Well I did the ruff work of port matching, and removing most of the material, and I left the finer detailed stuff for my close friend who normally does that kind of work on import heads. We did flow match the heads, and got them all within 1 cfm of each other. I think we may have a couple sets of heads left over. We did about 9 sets, the first two was toss aways to see how far we could go before hitting the water jacket. I would reccomend you get a cam if your going to get a nice set of heads.
