Climate control

I have a 95 Aurora that the climate control gauge shows three lines in it. I had it put on the computer and was told that it was the Climate control module. At times it comes back on and works and at times it comes on but I have no control of the knobs and what it does. Has anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions.
