"I hit a car on the front left side of his '90 honda. my bumper is messed up only on the right side. the indicators were broken but i replace them. but they do not work. in the dash board when you turn on the ignition only the battery symbol comes on in the dash no others comes on nor does the clock work. the hazards nothe indicators in fron or the back my head lights still work. how do i fix my indicators. i check the fuse none seems to be blown."

It's a loose or missing ground (-) wire... the battery light comes on since there is more resistance and so less current flowing to whatever keeps the signal from coming on.
Normaly there is 1 main ground wire from the battery (-) post, so there is usually still current available to start the car, but other accessories run off their own ground wires.
