How Fast and Much is a b16 a engine?

I am gonna put a b16a 1 engine in my 89 honda CRX. I need to know 4 things.

1. How much is the engine with a tranny.
2. How much is installation.
3. How much horsepower am i gonna get out of it.
4. How fast will my 1/4 miles be.

I am new at this. I need to know what kinda money i am gonna be lookin at to make this project car work.

4. it all depends on how you drive
