Hey guys just little old me again with some questions about a loud poping noise coming from something in the suspension in the front of the car you have to cut the wheel hard it usually happens when parking i also noticed that when driving the front end on the car has to much play on the road its to bouncy and when you hit a bump in the road you feel it in the steering wheel and the car also skips and sways over. All i hear thats not normal when driving is a raddle on the passenger side any help????

Another thing is when i start the car you can hear a churning noise coming from the front of the car its not continuously just when the car is started and put in to gear any body have this occur to them it sounds like a burp or something of that nature.

...you can hear a churning noise coming from the front of the car its not continuously just when the car is started and put in to gear any body have this occur to them it sounds like a burp or something of that nature.

The rear air-bag compressor is located under the intake airbox, it normally goes on for 5 to 7 seconds after you start the car.

If you wait 10 seconds without touching anything else, and the noise stops, that's most likely the culprit.

As for the front suspension, you're going to have to get under there and check everything. Could be tierod ends, balljoints, wheelbearings, cracked A-arms, or a combination of any of those.

These TC's are floaty, it's not a sports car. I have a steel/concrete freeway bridge on my way to work, it's about 25 seconds at 70mph, my 96 TC does a great Dolphin / Porpoise impression (leaping and diving) across that damn bridge. It's a bit embarrassing but fun for the kiddies. :) I imagine I could stiffen up the front shocks and take that bridge like everyone else but that would make the rest of the ride uncomfortable too. I was once driving beside a 97 on that bridge, both of us were laughing at each other. :)

"Feels like skips and sways".... I can't say my 96 feels like that. I was getting some odd performance before I changed tires, now I have no complaints. I inspected my suspension components when I replaced my front brakes & rotors, didn't see any wear there at all. That was at 40k, now I'm at 53k.

Hey, do us a favor and edit you profile here, add your TC year/model to your signature so we don't have to keep looking you up. :)

O ok so where should i take my car to so they can check it out is there any nation wide place that any body knows about like midas or somewhere like that i live in that little state of delaware. I still have the float to my boat but it seems to be a ball joint or something of that nature. I have to wait i just spent $800 to get all the o2 sensors replaced and the maf sensor and my driver side door fixed. I still need a major tune up pcv valve plugs wires oil change tires all four and cosmetic work i have alot of catching up to do. But if some one would direct me to doing a little modifications the little you can do to these cars it would be a big help.
