Tire Turmoil!

I don't know dooky about tires. Are Kuhmo tires any good? A dealer guy is offering me a pretty good deal for four Kuhmo tires and i didn't know if i should turn the deal away because they might be totally crappy....How many miles could i get out of them? Issues? thanks for your help gurus.

P.S. Our town is real small, so businesses make their own prices on some stuff, he only wanna charge me 180.00 for all 4 new. Worth it or no?
