Chevy S-10 pickup Brake lights fuse blows

Needing help.
My problem. I have a 96 chevy s-10 that was in an accident about 6 months ago. Now the Brake lights fuses continue to blow randomly. no consistancy at all. Sometime a day and sometimes several days. I took it back to the repair shop several times and they are usually. Never had this problem until after the accident. The accident was right on the front driver side of the truck and they replaced the front bumper and side on that side with repair to the hood and that is it. Can someone point me in the right direction on what to look for and how to trouble-shoot.

One of your rear bulb sockets may be shorting between wire for brake and socket. Take them out and examin.If not corroded, the wire insulation may have shrunk back tiny bit from contact for bulb. Or check wires that often run under carpe wher your feet wear them down. Follow wire from brake pedal electric switch looking for anything lose or worn.

I had the same problem after i got in a wreck on the front driver side. Ended up for some odd reason the shock of the wreck was absorbed all the way at the other end of the truck and it bent a piece of metal just right that it pinched my wires open and everytime they got soaked in water they would short out. Might want to take out your tail light and peek down w/ a flashlight to see if all your wires are pinched.
