Well i just finished instaslling my evo3 16g and jrc fmic. The problmen is that i still havent gotten my joe p mbc and joe said it will still be a few days before i get it and i need to be able to drive my car. So i was just wondering if my car will still run stock boost with my new turbo without a boost controller. I havent done the bcs mod. Quick responses would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

It's easy--just don't gun your throttle and you won't boost unsafely!
If you're still worried about it, you can run open wastegate by just T-ing a vac line from your bov nipple vac line to the wastegate nipple. Just ignore the mbc in the picture, and install it properly when it comes in by cutting the line and fitting it to the mbc.

This will ensure that you'll run as little boost as possible--which can still be more than your fuel mods can handle, if your turbo boost creeps.
