p-flow of 2.4L

I wanted to know if a p-flow off a 2.4L will fit on the 2.2L ecotec. I called all kinds of places and all they had left was p-flows for the 2.4 and at some places it was even cheaper fro teh 2.4 thent eh 2.2. So I was just curious if it fit. By the way, my sunfire is a automatic year 2000 sunfire.
