I'm not sure what you guys run in your cars or what you recommend, but i'm gonna go ahead and make my recommendation. It's pretty much what i've used in all my cars and what all my friends run in their Honda's, Mitsu's, and whatnot. It's called Synchromesh Friction Modifier, it's made by General Motors, and it's probably the best you can get in terms of conditioning and lubrication. It's expensive stuff, comes at $15 a quart retail..(i get it for $8 a quart at work) But it's definately worth it. I tried finding an older thread that covered this and couldn't, so i decided i would put my 2 cents in and let you guys know about this stuff. You wont regret it if you get it.

I went with pennzoil synchromesh, same part number as GM synchromesh but a hell of alot cheaper. It seems to be highly recommended on tuners. I bought some for myself and it made my 1st gen tranny shift much much better. 5.99 per quart at autozone.

^Even better, it's probably the same thing just repackaged.
