Passlock problem

Have tried to program car computer with Hypertech Power Programmer.
Car won't start anymore.Reprogram to factory settings:still nothing
Security light comes on now.
Anyboby knows how to unlock this "passlock system" that shut off the engine without taking the car back to a dealer?
I live in Tahiti French Polynesia and there is no chevy dealer here!
I've imported the 2004 Blazer by myself.
