Will Turn But Wont Start

I Have An 82 Caprice With A 267 2 Bbl. When I Attempt To Start It, Itll Turn Over But Wont Crank. I Know Im Gettin Gas To The Carb. I Pulled The Number 1 Spark Plug Out With It Still Attached To The Spark Plug Wire And Turned The Car Over And There Was No Spark,nothing!!!i Had The Module Ch4ecked And It Was Fine.what Could It Be,timing,coil???also I Cant Turn My Distrubitor In Either Direction, Not Even Pull It Out The Intake.what Does This Mean???please Answer All Questions N Detail Please!!!thankyou
