Is this a good deal?

I recently came across this CRX on Autotrader. I am seriously thinking about selling my 3gee (134K, excellent cond. if anyone's interested...) and buying a CRX.

Does this look like a good deal? 160k and all those new parts? The car looks to be in pretty good condition. Does anyone know what parts are prone to giving out that I should ask the owner about?

seems like a good deal.....I say go for it....but check it out first....it says that there is rust on it....make sure there is not too much.....I say check the car out before selling yours.....if its reliable then go for it.
